Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same business day.

Returns
We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund — items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Request a return
Head to our Contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack your items
Send items back unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached in their original packaging.
Post it back
We'll email you a returns note and address. Drop your parcel at any post office.
Get refunded
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Want a different size? We're happy to exchange if your size is in stock — just mention it when you reach out and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
